These basic wrappers do not have any defining features and are a basic turntable matched with a manually lifted carriage. An operated is required to lift the wrap carriage up the tower as the turntable rotates the load. Manual stretch wrappers use Hand Stretch Wrap instead of a machine grade film, resulting in losing an important feature of our Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrappers, pre-stretch. |

Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrappers This is the traditional stretch wrapper that requires an operator to place the load, get off the fork lift, attach the film to the pallet, start the machine, allow the load to complete a wrap cycle, cut the film and then get back on the fork lift to remove the load from the wrapper. Cost per load is critical when you are wrapping 20 or more loads per day and the labor involved in handling those loads is a huge part of that cost.
