| Stretch Wrap is highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items. The elastic
recovery keeps the items tightly bound. In contrast, shrink wrap is applied loosely around an item and shrinks
tightly with heat. You would commonly use Stretch Wrap to secure a palletized load for shipment or storage as well as protection. Shrink Film is commonly used for commercial display of regular products such as DVD's, CD's, Fruit Baskets and items of that sort. |
