Label application equipment can take labels from an attached spool, peel them off, and then apply them to your cases, pallets, boxes or other packaging material. Industrial Label Applicators are used in nearly all packaging lines that need a low cost solution to applying labels to cartons or pallets as part of their overall production line. For label application equipment that does not print labels, we offer Label Printers that work well with them.

Type of Label Application Equipment

Apply Only - uses pre-printed labels and affixes them to the passing cases
Print and Apply - prints labels, then applies them from the same machine

Ways to Affix Labels

Tamp - labeler physically pushes the label onto the object. This accounts for 55% of label attachment
Wipe On - labeler wipes the label onto the object. For pre printed labels only, accounts for 28% of labeling
Blown On - labeler blows the label onto the object (max distance of 3/4"). Although faster than the tamp style, it requires a dedicated airline
