Carton Sealing Tapes

Standard Tape

Intertape's standard packaging tape is designed to fit into pistol grip dispensers, these types of tape rolls generally come in 55 and 110 yard lengths. Backing and adhesive type depend on what your application is, but can be determined with our handy Tape Recommendation Guide

Machine Length tape

This is the same king of packing tape as our standard tape, yet it is made on increasing larger rolls. These large rolls, from 1000 to 2000 yds are used on machines that automatically apply tape to boxes. The large roll size of this tape lets you run longer without changing the roll of tape every few minutes.

Water Activated Tape

This is a gummed paper packing tape. It has a natural brown color along with reinforcing fibers in the tape itself. This brown colored tape is earth friendly and provides a more professional appearance to cartons than standard tape. This tape requires the use of a water activated tape dispenser in order to be used effectively.

Flatback Tape

Flatback tape is a brown carton sealing tape that is similar to gummed tape, but does not require a special dispenser. The natural brown color allows for a more professional box seal.

Industrial Use Tapes

Cloth Duct Tape

Duct tape has a super aggressive adhesive that once bonded, is nearly permanent. Available in colored duct tapes and with the strength of Intertape's name, this type of tape is well known already. The cloth fibers inlaid with the adhesive give duct tape it's cloth name.

Filament Tape

This type of tape is a strong, flexible, and fiberglass filament reinforced tape. The strong backing can withstand moisture and abrasions, make it great for load containment. It also has a solvent free adhesive, giving it the power to stick to the load being contained.

Masking Tape

General yellow masking tape is a very low tack (adhesive) tape. It is mainly used for light applications that are not critical and most effective at room temperature. You will find this kind of tape useful for stenciling.

Painters Tape

This special blue painting tape is perfect for edging in rooms where you will be painting. It can resist direct sunlight, provides an excellent barrier for paint, and is UV resistant. Painters tape can remain affixed for 14 days and still have a good clean removal.

Stretch Wrapping Films

Machine Stretch Wrap

This type of machine stretch film is only to be used with pallet stretch wrappers. This special machine only stretch wrap has the ability, through the machines like our LP2100XA Wrapper, to be stretched up to 240%. Doing this allows you to use less film per wrapped load, stretching your film and your dollar!

Hand Stretch Wrap

Hand stretch wrap is meant to be used by a person to wrap a load manually. They have many variations and can be colored, cast or blown (see our cast vs blown stretch wrap comparison), narrow width for small bundles and on an extended core which has a core extension for handles.
