| Our Return Policy: Items must be returned in new unused condition. We reserve the right to reject returns on used or mishandled products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. All items ordered from PTIPACKAGING.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Customers must call ahead to receive an order return number. Postage must be postpaid to the destination of returned items. The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount. Damage caused during shipment should be discussed with the parcel post carrier. Orders canceled after credit settlement will receive a refund less any transaction fees. All returned products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of any manufacturer's defects. |
