Impulse Heat Sealers 

This type of heat sealer is the basic table top machine for sealing plastic bags. Simple, compact, and easy to use, these bag sealers work great to seal a variety of Poly Bags and Poly Tubing material. The easy arm clamp heats and fuses your bags together to create a durable seal. Some models, such as our 12" Plastic Bag Sealer and Cutter, are available with a cutting device to remove excess plastic film after the heat seal has been made.

Foot Operated Impulse Heat Sealers 

These impulse sealers are perfect for fast paced environments. An impulse sealer is on top of a stand with a foot pedal to activate the clamp for quick, easy, and reliable seals. Simply step down on the foot pedal and the clamp pinches the bag to create an efficient and water tight seal. A bag stand is also built into these heat sealing machines to support the filled portion of the bag or tubing while sealing the edge.

Heat Sealer Service Kits 

The clamps on our standard and foot operated sealers have PTFE coated (non stick) strips attached to them to make sure there is no sticky mess left over after sealing a bag. These strips and the heating wire will eventually wear out and need to be replaced. We have these kits available online as part of your complete online resource for packaging and shipping.
