This robotic bag palletizing system is engineered to be the best solution for a moderate speed, single packaging line requiring automatic robotic pallet and sheet dispensing, consistent output with a minimum of upstream bag accumulation conveyor, and precision. With our partner's exclusive process, our solution results in more loads out the door than even faster-rated robots in certain tight floor space applications.
Sound impossible? It's a fact. It is due to a proprietary process that allows the empty pallet and sheet to be replaced reliably in less time than anyone else's comparable system. That means one of three things for the customer: Either
1) the competitor's robot requires more (longer, more expensive) bag accumulation conveyor than the NFHCIO-1110; or
2) the competitor's robot must refrain from stacking bags (while replacing the empty pallet and slip sheet) for longer than the NFBHCIO-1110, thereby missing production that the NFBHCIO-1110 doesn't. That may translate to up to a 5% difference in overall production in certain applications.
3) the competitor's system must add a separate pallet dispenser and/or sheet dispenser, not only adding more than US$15,000.00 -$ 30,000.00 , but also taking up more valuable floor space.

NFBHCIO-1110 Robotic Bag Palletizer
With our Model NFBHCIO-1110 Robotic Bag Palletizer, you get a complete system including robotic pallet and sheet dispensing. Simply place a stack of empty pallets and a stack of sheets in the cell, and the robot will do the rest. When the stack is completed, it is discharged out of the cell and the robot will automatically place the next empty pallet, place a top sheet, and resume bag stacking operations.
