The production speed of the LD-XSS is approximately 25 containers per minute based on a 24" long case. However, throughput speeds of a bottom belt taping machine can only be determined by operator efficiency and length of time necessary for packing. The belt speed of this equipment is approximately 80 feet per minute.

The product inside the case or void fill material must support all flaps and panels on the cases to be processed. Any void or overfill conditions could result in box jams and/or poor tape application. It is understood that all cases to be processed will be new and of sound integrity. Damaged or ripped corrugated will inhibit tape heads from applying tape consistently and effectively.
