The LD-XSS Box Sealer with NEMA 4 is one of our Uniform Case Sealers and would be perfect for companies that package food products because it is specifically designed to prevent water from gathering by maximizing the amount of water shedding. In turn this does not allow bacteria to grow. Other precautions have been taken on this machine to decrease bacteria; they have minimized the amount of hard to clean places by getting rid of overlapping joints and made clean up easier with the sealed tubular construction!
The LD-XSS NEMA has easy to use levers that anyone can be trained to use! There are fast access levers for quick removal of the belts. This wash down sealer is equipped with a NEMA4 electrical package, which means that it meets the standards for the NEMA4 such as, protection from any weather, dust or water. It won’t even damage from ice and it’s safe for your employee’s.
