LD-XSS Washdown Case Sealer

The LD-XSS is a semi automatic uniform case sealing machine constructed of 304 stainless steel. It was specifically designed to excel in wash down environments. Made with USDA and FDA recommended materials. The LD-XSS is a uniform semi-automatic case sealer sealed 304 stainless steel tubing with continuous welds to discourage water pooling. Constructed with minimal overlapping joints and 1/2" standoffs to allow the passage of water. A 1 year warranty is included on all components and a 2 year warranty with the gear reducer.

This machine will receive, from your operator, uniform size regular slotted corrugated containers with all flaps folded and closed prior to infeed. The case will be processed and pressure sensitive machine length tape, of commercially good quality, will be applied to the top and bottom center seams with leading and trailing tape tabs that are 2-1/4" to 2-1/2" in length on the vertical panels of the case. The case will then be discharged onto your exit conveyor. Bottom belt drive will propel the case through the taping process.
