This paper has soft sheets that conform to the shape of the product being wrapped, thus eliminating air from the package that can cause product deterioration. These stronger sheets have an improved burst strength which means bones are less likely to burst through. This freezer sheet is USDA and FDA approved. Compare to UMG 101511. Best use is for 12 to 15 months freeze time.
