This paper has soft sheets that conform to the shape of the product being wrapped, thus eliminating air from the package that can cause product deterioration. These stronger sheets have an improved burst strength which means bones are less likely to burst through. This freezer sheet is USDA and FDA approved. Comparable to EMG and Fresh Guard Freezer Paper. Best used for 6 to 9 months freeze time.
