The Little David® Model CF-20T is a completely automatic, compact case former that is designed to provide all the case forming featues typically found in larger, more costly machines.
Any size production line can benefit from the CF-20T's low cost, small size and versatility. The innovative CF-20T is a patented top-loaded case former designed to erect a wide range of slotted, or half slotted corrugated case sizes.
The CF-20T is less than 80 inches long, perfect for applications that are tight for space. The CF-20T also has low power requirements, making it economical.
The versatile Little David® Model CF-20T's compact frame allows it to be integrated into most production areas and is easily portable. With a production rate of 6CPM, the CF-20T can significantly decrease the incidence of Repetitive Strain Injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Operation:
The Little David® CF-20T was designed from the start to be a simple, versatile case former. The patented machine process has made space no longer an issue. The blank boxes are lowered by suction cups into the former. Then the bottom is taped using Loveshaw's proven CaseLocker ST™ Tape Cartridge. The result is a perfectly formed and taped box ready to be filled and sealed. With engineered excellence and proven technology, Loveshaw is once again setting the standard in the packaging industry.
