The Loveshaw® Model CF-25 Automatic Case Folder and Bottom Sealer is a completely automatic, compact machine that is designed to provide all the case forming features typically found in larger, more costly machines.
Any size production line can benefit from the CF-25's low cost, small size and versatility. The innovative CF-25 Automatic Case Folder and Bottom Sealer is a patented top-loaded case folding designed to erect a wide range of slotted, or half slotted Shipping Boxes.
The Loveshaw® CF-25 was designed from the start to be one of the simplest and most versatile Case Erectors. The patented machine process has made space no longer an issue. The blank boxes are lowered by suction cups into the former. Then the bottom is taped using Loveshaw's proven CaseLocker ST™ Tape Cartridge. The result is a perfectly formed and taped box ready to be filled and sealed. With engineered excellence and proven technology, Loveshaw is once again setting the standard in the packaging industry.
The versatile Loveshaw® Model CF-25's compact frame allows it to be integrated into most production areas and is easily portable. With a production rate of 10 boxes per minute and up to 15 boxes per minute (with optional speedup package), the CF-25 can significantly decrease the incidence of Repetitive Strain Injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome and speed up your packaging process.
