This rebuilt tape cartridge replaces standard Little
David Case Sealer and Case Erector cartridges. This cartridge is constructed of
heavy gauge steel. The Teflon-coated knurled rollers are built to last. The rugged
steel tape cores hold up to 2000-yard rolls. Threading is simple and easy.
It only takes a few seconds. The cartridge was specially designed to all side
access for threading. In addition, a new “tip-up” feature has been added
to our line of standard case sealers. With this feature, the top cartridge simply
tips back on the top head, allowing for quick tape rethreading without removing
the cartridge. Tape changeover is quick & easy. Specifications:

The patented fingerplate will hold tape rigid, regardless of the tape brand or
thickness and presents a full tape tab to oncoming boxes every time.

The specially designed knife guard provides optimum safety to the operator. The
knife edge is only exposed as the box passes through the taper.
· The
Little David CaseLocker ST requires no lubrication. Bronze, oil-impregnated bushings
are used throughout.
· The design also allows for easy replacement of
all springs.
· The frame is 3/16" steel. The back frame incorporates
the millstand into one continuous piece.
*You will need a rebuilt CAC16A1 tape cartridge to fit older Little David Case Sealers and Case Erectors.
