The P626 open cabinet and the P726 close cabinet mail room strapping machine units come with a manual tension control, offering a true value for low to moderate volume applications. This mailroom banding machine is more durable than ever before with cross welded, reinforced legs and frame to provide a stronger wheel base. This machine also includes casters, allowing it to be portable.
Available with an open cabinet design for easy access to change Machine Grade Polypropylene Strapping, which works great in clean operating environments. Also available in a closed cabinet design where the work area may be dirty (firewood bundling) and you want to protect the banding from dust and debris.
Common uses for the Samuel mailroom strapping machine include bundling packages together for easier and cost effective shipments, mail tray bundling, and firewood banding for retail sales. No matter your strapping application, this machine can get it done.
With the exception of the cabinet design (open/closed cabinet) the functionality of this strapping machine remains exactly the same, regardless of the model you choose. We also have an Electric Poly Strapping Machine available that is like this one that has an electrically controlled tension instead of a manual knob.
Strapping your package is an easy process! Simply wrap the leading edge of the strap around your package, feed the tip of the strapping into the opening in the track to engage the start lever and the strapping, sealing, and cutting process with automatically engage. The machine will then automatically feed a preset amount of strap through for the next cycle. Now that is low cost automation!
