The Cousins Series 4100T Free Standing Stretch Wrapper is an overhead rotary arm pallet wrapper designed to wrap unstable loads, capable of wrapping up to 30 loads per hour with a maximum load size of 50" W x 50" L x 90" H.
This free standing unit is unique from our other Semi Automatic Stretch Wrappers because the load weight is unlimited since the Standing Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper arm rotates around your load, your skid weight is based on your warehouse floor capacity!
Equipped with Cousins exclusive "Rapid Thread" powered pre-stretch carriage, easy to use controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls for rotary arm and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS) photo eye, standard industrial type push buttons, relay control logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, and electro-static powder coated paint finish makes the 4100 Titan Standing Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper a perfect fit for unstable loads.
